This study aims to find the strategy of developing MSMEs based on potential and opportunities in period covid-19. The research object is MSME unit Bandar Lampung City, especially banana chips. used qualitative descriptive analysis with SWOT analysis. Based results it known that position quadrant I. increase take advantage opportunities. One strategies utilization information technology social media development region's flagship chip products. this are expected be useful as consideration for develop their businesses even during COVID 19 pandemic.
